Economic recovery following conflict can be an extremely difficult challenge, yet it is a critical aspect of a country’s ability to attain stability and lasting peace by creating jobs and rebuilding livelihoods. This program, to be held October 26–29, 2008, in Monterey, CA, will explore the challenges of economic recovery in complex environments.
